ADMINISTRATION/CORPORATE EXECUTIVE

We are a group of companies that specialize in agriculture, media and construction consultancy. We are looking for an experienced, energetic person to join our team as an Administrative/ Corporate Executive to handle the admin and operational activities of our group companies.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and organize daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Coordinate and manage events, travel arrangements, and appointments.
  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic files, records, and databases while ensuring confidentiality and data accuracy.
  • Oversee office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary to maintain adequate stock levels.
  • Coordinate and liaise with all relevant statutory and regulatory authorities.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist in budget preparation and expense monitoring, adhering to company policies and financial guidelines.
  • Liaise with external suppliers and clients to facilitate smooth business operations and maintain positive relationships.
  • Offer support and assistance to other team members as needed to foster a collaborative work environment.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree/ diploma in administration, management, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 2 years’ experience as an Administration Executive or similar role, demonstrating excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Previous experience working effectively in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Computer Literacy
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accuracy in work and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, capable of multitasking and adapting to a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and exceptional interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented approach.
  • Ability to speak English fluently, with proficiency in a second language considered a plus.
  • Willingness and ability to work on-call during weekends and holidays, and travel as required by the company.
