Engineer – Network Planning & Optimization
Competencies
- BSc Engineering Degree preferably in Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent from a recognized University.
- 1-5 years’ experience in Network Planning & Optimization.
- GSM/UMTS Base Station Subsystem/Optimization knowledge
- Ability to interface with cross-functional team members to gain the support required to accomplish team goals/tasks
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the design, optimization of the 2G/3G/4G/5G Radio network
- Radio planning and optimization of network to troubleshoot and improve KPIs analysis, investigation and improvement of Network Quality problems
- Provide support to customers in the field of expertise
- Able to work with Project Managers to accomplish Cluster optimization and cluster launches
- Ensure that all tasks and deliverables are up to customer expectations and avoid any poor network quality and performance
