ACCOUNTS - ASSIST
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage banking transactions and related documentation
- Coordinate international account activities and reconciliations
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliations
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
- Assist with internal and external audit requirements
- Maintain proper financial documentation and records
- Identify and implement improvements in finance processes
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- CA Intermediate Level qualification
- Undergraduate in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or a related field will be an added advantage
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounting and Financial Reporting
- Strong knowledge of General Ledger management, banking documentation, international accounts, and reconciliations
- Proficiency in MS Office and accounting systems
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Strong planning, organizing, and time management skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
