Basic Requirements:
- Fluent in English & Sinhala
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Executive
- Higher Diploma in Customer Relations or related field
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Prepare reports and manage documentation efficiently.
