We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Brand Manager to lead and strengthen our brand portfolio while driving strategic marketing initiatives across the business. This role is ideal for a passionate branding professional with a strong FMCG background and a proven track record in corporate brand development
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to drive market growth and brand equity
- Lead brand positioning, communication, and promotional campaigns across multiple channels
- Manage and enhance corporate branding initiatives to strengthen the organization's market presence and reputation
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate closely with sales, products, digital marketing, and external agencies to ensure brand consistency and effectiveness
- Monitor brand performance and marketing ROI, providing strategic recommendations for continuous improvement
- Drive innovation and new product launch strategies in line with business objectives
Candidate Profile
- Degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Brand Management, preferably within the FMCG/Service sector
- Demonstrated experience in Corporate Branding, Brand Strategy Development, and Integrated Marketing Communications
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate consumer insights into business results
- A passionate and creative individual with a strong brand mindset and a keen eye for market trends
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Experience in managing agencies, marketing budgets, and cross-functional teams
