Senior Brand Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Brand Manager to lead and strengthen our brand portfolio while driving strategic marketing initiatives across the business. This role is ideal for a passionate branding professional with a strong FMCG background and a proven track record in corporate brand development

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to drive market growth and brand equity
  • Lead brand positioning, communication, and promotional campaigns across multiple channels
  • Manage and enhance corporate branding initiatives to strengthen the organization's market presence and reputation
  • Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with sales, products, digital marketing, and external agencies to ensure brand consistency and effectiveness
  • Monitor brand performance and marketing ROI, providing strategic recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Drive innovation and new product launch strategies in line with business objectives

Candidate Profile

  • Degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Brand Management, preferably within the FMCG/Service sector
  • Demonstrated experience in Corporate Branding, Brand Strategy Development, and Integrated Marketing Communications
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate consumer insights into business results
  • A passionate and creative individual with a strong brand mindset and a keen eye for market trends
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
  • Experience in managing agencies, marketing budgets, and cross-functional teams
