We're Hiring! SUPERVISOR
We are looking for a dedicated and results-driven Supervisor to join our team and contribute to our continued success.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- 1. Supervise and coordinate daily operational activities
- 2. Monitor employee performance and ensure duties are completed efficiently
- 3. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- 4. Handle staff scheduling and attendance monitoring
- 5. Resolve operational issues and customer complaints professionally
- 6. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- 7. Support management in achieving organizational goals and targets
REQUIREMENTS
- 1. Diploma or degree in Business Management or a related field
- 2. Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role will be an added advantage
- 3. Strong leadership and communication skills
- 4. Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- 5. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- 6. Good computer literacy, including MS Office
- 7. Positive attitude, professional appearance and ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
