Analyze design features, garment proportions, and technical specifications to develop accurate and production-ready patterns.
Create and modify patterns using industrial pattern-making software while ensuring compliance with design and customer requirements.
Perform pattern grading according to customer specifications, size charts, and fit standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure patterns meet product quality, fit, and manufacturing requirements.
Apply knowledge of garment construction and intimate apparel manufacturing techniques, including molding, bonding, laser cutting, and other specialized processes.
Review and interpret technical packs, construction details, and customer comments to support product development activities.
Conduct fit evaluations and fit validation sessions, identify fit issues, and implement pattern corrections as required.
Ensure all development activities are completed in line with Time & Action (T&A) calendars and project milestones.
Monitor and follow up on pattern development, sampling, and fitting activities to ensure timely execution and delivery.
Maintain pattern accuracy, consistency, and documentation throughout the product development process.

A degree or Diploma in Clothing Technology.
Pattern development expertise for intimates.
Three years of industry experience in product development centre with above skill.
