DEPUTY MANAGER - SALES (FIXED DEPOSITS)
KANDY / MATALE / CORPORATE BRANCH
THE PROFILE
- Canvas Fixed Deposits to existing and new customers.
- Consistent in achieving given deposit mobilization targets.
- Ensure all procedures / internal controls and regulatory requirements are fulfilled.
- Manage key customer relationships.
- Develop strong relationship with customers by offering superior services.
- Timely prepare customer correspondence / reports as required by the management.
THE PERSON
- Must be an effective team player who is confident, persevering and self motivated.
- Ability to handle diverse and multiple responsibilities with appropriate timelines.
- Possess an outgoing personality with good PR, negotiation and communication skills.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Bank or Financial institution with exposure to deposit canvassing / customer service for executive position.
- Full or part qualifications Sales, Marketing or Banking from a recognized professional body would be an added advantage.
- Good knowledge in all directions / regulations of fixed deposits and savings operations.
