We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Front Office Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide personalised service to guests, ensuring they enjoy a welcoming and comfortable experience throughout their stay. Key responsibilities include greeting guests and visitors, assisting with check-in and check-out procedures, handling telephone and email inquiries, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the front office. You will also help maintain guest rooms to hotel standards and provide accurate information about the hotel's services and amenities.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong command of English. Previous experience in a front office or hospitality role is an advantage. A positive attitude, strong organisational skills, the ability to multitask, and a genuine passion for customer service are essential for success in this role.
