CREATIVE GRAPHIC DESIGNER
Location: ESOL College International, Pannipitiya.
Employment Type: Full – Time
ESOL College International is looking for a self-motivated Creative Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who wants to apply their design skills to an education brand with international programs and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualise and design engaging visuals for social media posts, banners, brochures, presentations, and promotional materials for college campaigns and student events.
- Support brand consistency across all digital and print touchpoints.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to contribute fresh, creative ideas for marketing initiatives.
- Prepare and format designs for various platforms, ensuring high-quality output.
- Manage multiple design requests while meeting deadlines.
- Stay up to date with design trends, emerging tools, and best practices in design.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in a graphic design role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital and print design work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
- Solid understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.
- Thorough attention to detail and visual consistency across all design outputs.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with AI design tools is an added plus.
