ASSISTANT MANAGER – CUSTOMER RELATIONS
THE JOB
- Manage and resolve customer complaints within the agreed turnaround time.
- Coordinate and monitor sales leads with relevant teams.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and improve service quality.
- Prepare reports and ensure compliance with customer protection policies.
THE PERSON
- 4–6 years of experience in customer relations or banking/finance sector.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Leadership and team management skills.
