ASSISTANT MANAGER – CUSTOMER RELATIONS

THE JOB

  • Manage and resolve customer complaints within the agreed turnaround time.
  • Coordinate and monitor sales leads with relevant teams.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and improve service quality.
  • Prepare reports and ensure compliance with customer protection policies.

THE PERSON

  • 4–6 years of experience in customer relations or banking/finance sector.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field will be an added advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
