VACANCY – FINANCE ASSOCIATE

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance Associate to join our Finance Team. This role is ideal for a motivated graduate who is looking to build a career in finance while working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Excel-based financial and operational applications.
- Prepare, analyze, and reconcile financial data and reports.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure data accuracy and process compliance.
- Support ERP system operations, reporting, and process improvements.
- Perform other finance and accounting duties as assigned.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, ., or a related field.
- Qualification in AAT, CA, ACCA, or similar (full or part) qualification will be an added advantage.
- Approximately 1 year of experience in a similar finance or accounting role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, data analysis, reporting).
- Good working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, SAGE, Oracle, or similar).
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Preferably residing in or around Wattala, Ja-Ela, Ragama, Kandana, Peliyagoda, or nearby areas.
