We are a leading manufacturer, exporter, importer & supplier of premium quality veterinary & feed products to the livestock industry of Sri Lanka and to the international market, and are looking for energetic, ambitious & self-motivated candidate to be a part of energic Farmchemie team as,
INVENTORY ASSISTANT
Key Responsibilities
- Closely monitor company stock levels on a daily basis
- Maintain and control re-order levels to avoid stock shortages or overstocking
- Prepare and place purchase orders based on approved re-order quantities
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments for timely material availability
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the system
- Prepare customer-wise stock statements and inventory reports as required
- Support monthly stock reconciliation and physical stock verification
- Ensure proper documentation for GRN, GIN, and inventory movements
Qualifications & Skills
- G.C.E. A/L or equivalent qualification
- Certificate/Diploma in Inventory Management, Supply Chain, or Logistics will be an added advantage
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in inventory control or stock management
- Good knowledge of MS Excel (stock statements, reports)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP knowledge is an advantage)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Proximity to Homagama will be considered an added advantage.
