Job Profile

  • Lead the coordination with all consultants and other stakeholders to finalize high-performance MEP designs. Review designs, specifications, and technical documents to ensure they meet stipulated design standards while maximizing efficiency and value engineering opportunities.
  • Provide expert technical oversight for MEP systems, including Vertical Transportation to ensure optimal traffic flow and Life Safety/Fire Engineering to ensure full compliance with local and international safety standards.
  • Act as the primary technical coordination point with regulatory bodies and local authorities to streamline and obtain all necessary MEP-related approvals, utility connections, and building certifications.
  • Oversee the MEP procurement process, including the identification and technical evaluation of prospective subcontractors (including Nominated Sub-contractors). Maintain control over performance to ensure work is completed on schedule and within contractual obligations.
  • Liaise with the project team and stakeholders to ensure on-site execution aligns with approved designs, stipulated quality standards, and the project timeline.

Personal Profile

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in MEP site engineering and execution.
  • Having design experience in MEP systems will be an advantage.
  • Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems, equipment, and installation standards.
  • Excellent coordination skills for liaising with civil, architectural, and other trades.
