We are looking for a dynamic and passionate
Human Resources Supervisor
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee relations
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and attendance systems
- Assist with training and staff development activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labour regulations
- Coordinate disciplinary procedures and HR documentation
- Support payroll and leave administration
Requirements
- Previous experience in HR within the hospitality industry preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential matters
- Knowledge of Sri Lankan labour laws and HR practices
- Computer literacy in MS Office applications
- Professional qualification in Human Resources will be added advantage
