We are looking for a dynamic and passionate

Human Resources Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee relations
  • Support recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Maintain employee records and attendance systems
  • Assist with training and staff development activities
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labour regulations
  • Coordinate disciplinary procedures and HR documentation
  • Support payroll and leave administration

Requirements

  • Previous experience in HR within the hospitality industry preferred
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential matters
  • Knowledge of Sri Lankan labour laws and HR practices
  • Computer literacy in MS Office applications
  • Professional qualification in Human Resources will be added advantage
