Recruiting for IIT Professional Development Unit
We are seeking a self-motivated and target-oriented individual to join our team as an Executive – Student Success to Professional Development Unit. This role is crucial to ensure high levels of learner satisfaction, engagement, and retention throughout the programme lifecycle.
What You’ll Do
- Act as the primary point of contact for enrolled PDU students.
- Coordinate student onboarding and orientation activities.
- Monitor attendance, engagement, and progression of learners.
- Address student queries, concerns, and complaints promptly.
- Coordinate with trainers and academic teams on learner issues.
- Support assessment scheduling and certification processes.
- Conduct feedback surveys and collect learner insights.
- Maintain accurate student records and reports.
- Support retention and repeat enrolment initiatives.
- Escalate critical student issues to management when required.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations, administration, or customer service.
- Strong self-motivation and a target-oriented approach to achieving results.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with students and staff effectively.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work under pressure.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
