Assistant Food & Beverage Manager - Club Hotel Dolphin
- Minimum 3–5 years’ managerial experience in F&B operations within a star-class hotel environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and supervise service staff.
- Excellent guest handling skills with a service quality and satisfaction focus.
- Solid administrative and analytical ability, including inventory control, reporting, and coordination.
- Revenue-driven mindset with experience in upselling and supporting menu-based sales initiatives.
- Ability to introduce creative dining concepts and promotions to enhance guest experience and increase business.
