Senior Executive – Sales & Marketing

We are committed to quality, reliability, and building lasting partnerships. As we expand, we are seeking a driven Senior Executive to champion our sales and marketing efforts in the field.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Proactively visit existing and prospective clients to identify business opportunities and close sales
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships across multiple industries island-wide
- Plan and execute field-based marketing initiatives to grow brand presence and market share
- Prepare sales reports, proposals, and performance tracking using Microsoft Excel and Word
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, reporting progress to management
- Gather market intelligence on customer trends to inform strategy
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely order fulfillment and client satisfaction
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field (minimum)
- Fluency in English and Sinhala — written & spoken
- Proven sales or client-facing marketing experience
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word
- Strong interpersonal, communication & negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, able to work independently
- Willingness to spend significant time on the road visiting clients
- Own mode of transportation preferred (client-visit nature of role)

- Prior exposure to printing and packaging industry
- Proficiency in Tamil as an additional language
- Established B2B client network in Sri Lanka
