Customer Support Agent (Entry level)

Location: Bambalapitiya

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer calls, messages, and inquiries
  • Communicate with customers mainly in Sinhala
  • Use basic / manageable English when required
  • Provide correct information and support politely
  • Update customer details in the system
  • Support the team and follow supervisor instructions

Requirements

  • Fluent in Sinhala (spoken and written)
  • Basic / manageable English communication skills
  • Good communication and listening skills
  • Friendly and positive attitude
  • Basic computer skills
  • Willingness to learn
  • School leavers and entry-level candidates are welcome
