Customer Support Agent (Entry level)
Location: Bambalapitiya
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls, messages, and inquiries
- Communicate with customers mainly in Sinhala
- Use basic / manageable English when required
- Provide correct information and support politely
- Update customer details in the system
- Support the team and follow supervisor instructions
Requirements
- Fluent in Sinhala (spoken and written)
- Basic / manageable English communication skills
- Good communication and listening skills
- Friendly and positive attitude
- Basic computer skills
- Willingness to learn
- School leavers and entry-level candidates are welcome
