STORES SUPERVISOR (RM STORES)
We are seeking a dynamic, organized and results-oriented individual to join our team as a RM Stores Supervisor.
Responsibilities :
- Supervise all Raw Material (RM) store operations to ensure efficient storage and handling.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
- Coordinate with purchasing, production and quality departments to ensure uninterrupted material availability.
- Monitor stock movements, conduct periodic stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure proper documentation, GRNs, material issuance and inventory transactions.
- Implement and maintain good housekeeping and safety standards within the stores.
- Lead and guide store personnel to achieve departmental objectives.
Questions and Experiences :
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Materials Management or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in stores, inventory or warehouse management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Sound knowledge of inventory control systems and ERP software.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
