Night-shift, onsite roles
- Collections
- Billing
- Inbound patient calls
- Prior auth and VOB
- IDR and negotiations
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of RCM experience in processes above
- Experience in multiple RCM functions is a plus
- Experience in Surgery and/or Anesthesia is a plus
- Experience in AMD and/or Centricity is a plus
- Must be living in or willing to relocate to Colombo or its suburbs
- Must possess an excellent command of English
