HR - Officer
Job Responsibilities
- Support recruitment and selection activities.
- Maintain attendance records, leave management, and HR databases.
- Coordinate employee training sessions and welfare programs.
- Handle employee queries and provide day-to-day HR support.
- Assist in disciplinary procedures and prepare related documentation.
- Prepare and maintain HRIS reports, dashboards, and documentation.
- Support planning and execution of HR events and employee engagement initiatives.
- Manage the HRIS system to ensure accurate data, smooth functionality, and easy user access.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HRM, Business Management, or a related field.
- Professional HR qualifications (CIPM) will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in HR, preferably in a Apparel Industry or similar fast-paced environment.
- Experience in recruitment, payroll attendance management, and employee relations.
- Skilled in MS Office and good at managing tasks and deadlines.
- Good understanding of labor laws, HR policies, and compliance practices.
- Fluency in communication and should be a team player.
