MANAGER – CROSS BORDER TRADING
Kapruka is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our Cross-Border Trading team. The ideal candidate will manage international marketplace operations, coordinate import and export activities, and support global e-commerce across multiple platforms. Strong coordinating skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate international shipments, suppliers, and logistics partners.
- Manage import/export documentation and shipment tracking.
- Monitor inventory, marketplace performance, and order fulfillment.
- Support product listings, pricing updates, and marketplace operations.
- Analyze sales and operational data to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS & PREFERRED SKILLS
- 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce, logistics, international trade, or marketplace operations.
- Familiarity with Amazon, Walmart, or other global e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
- Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of import/export procedures and international logistics.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
