Public Relations Senior Executive (Female)
Goal: To Enhance Customer Relations, Complaints & Grievances
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries, grievances, and complaints professionally
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Provide frontline customer communication and support
- Maintain high service standards
- Handle customer negotiations and issue resolution
Requirements
- Good English communication skills
- Experience in customer handling / customer service
- Previous experience in the motor industry is an added advantage
- Presentable personality with a professional attitude
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills
- Previous working experience in international airports or star hotels (Local / overseas)

- Age: 35 – 55 Years
Working Hours
Onsite 09:00 AM – 05:30 PM
Salary
Negotiable (Based on experience and qualifications)
