As a Call Centre Executive, you will be the voice of our company – handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering a great experience over the phone.
Job Requirements
- Male applicants: Must speak Sinhala or Tamil fluently.
- Female applicants: Must speak Tamil fluently.
- Basic English communication skills (an advantage).
- Previous call centre or customer service experience is a plus, but fresh candidates are welcome.
- Good listening and problem solving skills.
