Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize and oversee daily production operations
- Ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved
- Managing production teams and line effectively
- Monitor efficiency, wastage control and productivity improvements
- Ensure compliance with factory safety and company policies
Requirements
- Experience - Minimum 5 years’ experience in garment industry and specially in Shirts Manufacturing
- Age limits – For production manager and Assistant production Manager 25-50 years / Production supervisor 25-45 years
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellence communications and problem-solving skills
