Sales & Operations Manager (Kandy Branch - Undergraduate Division)

Location: Kandy

Role Description:

The Imperial College of Business Studies (ICBS) is hiring a full-time, target-driven Sales & Operations Manager to lead its Kandy campus - Undergraduate Division. This dual-focus leadership role balances aggressive sales targets with comprehensive branch management.

  • Sales & Targets: Take full ownership of student recruitment and enrollment targets across all academic programs for the Kandy Branch - Undergraduate Division.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, train, and manage the branch sales and student counselling team to optimize pipeline conversion (inquiry to registration).
  • Business Development: Conduct local lead generation, school outreach, and corporate partnerships across the region.
  • Operations: Oversee daily administrative, logistical, and financial operations of the Kandy campus.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3–5 years in sales management or branch operations (Higher Education, Banking, or Insurance sectors preferred).
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or professional qualifications (CIM/SLIM).
  • Languages: Full professional proficiency in English and Sinhala (Tamil is a distinct advantage).
  • Key Attributes: Proven track record of hitting aggressive commercial targets, strong leadership skills, and deep familiarity with the Kandy market landscape.
