GUEST SERVICE AGENT FRONT OFFICE
We have an exciting opportunity for a Guest Service Agent - Front Office to join Cinnamon Life at City of Dreams, part of Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts, Sri Lanka's largest hotel owner with a portfolio of 17 hotels and resorts in Sri Lanka and the Maldives. It is a member of John Keells Holdings PLC, one of the largest listed conglomerates in Sri Lanka.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously.
- Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill guest requirements.
- Maintain accurate guest records and update systems accordingly.
- Provide information on hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Support smooth front office operations and service excellence.
- Uphold hotel policies, safety standards, and confidentiality.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in front office, guest services, or hospitality.
- Proficiency in PMS/hotel systems such as Opera, Protel, Micros, or similar platforms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Customer-focused with attention to detail and service quality.
