Rich Colour Exports (Pvt) Ltd., a leading screen printing factory in the apparel field, is expanding! We are currently looking for passionate, experienced, and energetic professionals to fill the following positions:
- Machine In Charge
- Quality In Charge
- Supervisor Quality / Production
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure daily production and quality targets are achieved efficiently.
- Set up machines according to production requirements.
- Perform routine machine inspections and basic maintenance.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Supervise and coordinate team activities to ensure smooth operations.
- Identify operational issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to achieve organizational objectives.
- Train, guide, and motivate employees to improve performance and efficiency.
Qualification
- G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) qualification or equivalent.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good knowledge of production processes, quality requirements, and workplace safety practices.
Age Limit: Below 35 years
