HR ASSISTANT – RECRUITMENT
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct recruitment campaigns in assigned areas to attract suitable candidates.
- Visit villages, training institutes, schools, job fairs, and community events to promote employment opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for male workforce requirements.
- Promote the company brand and create awareness about career opportunities.
- Coordinate recruitment drives, walk-in interviews, and awareness programs.
- Build relationships with local communities, government organizations, and employment agencies.
- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with relevant departments.
- Maintain recruitment records and prepare recruitment reports.
- Assist in onboarding and employee documentation processes.
- Support other HR-related activities as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Age between 20 – 30 years.
- Male candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Human Resource Management, or willingness to pursue a career in the HR field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Kuliyapitiya, Nattandiya, Dankotuwa, Chilaw, Kurunegala, and surrounding areas.
- Ability to work independently and achieve recruitment targets.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office applications).
- Possession of a valid riding license will be an added advantage.
