HR ASSISTANT – RECRUITMENT

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct recruitment campaigns in assigned areas to attract suitable candidates.
  • Visit villages, training institutes, schools, job fairs, and community events to promote employment opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for male workforce requirements.
  • Promote the company brand and create awareness about career opportunities.
  • Coordinate recruitment drives, walk-in interviews, and awareness programs.
  • Build relationships with local communities, government organizations, and employment agencies.
  • Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with relevant departments.
  • Maintain recruitment records and prepare recruitment reports.
  • Assist in onboarding and employee documentation processes.
  • Support other HR-related activities as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Age between 20 – 30 years.
  • Male candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Human Resource Management, or willingness to pursue a career in the HR field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Kuliyapitiya, Nattandiya, Dankotuwa, Chilaw, Kurunegala, and surrounding areas.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve recruitment targets.
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office applications).
  • Possession of a valid riding license will be an added advantage.
