STORE KEEPER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receive, inspect & verify incoming goods
- Store & organize electrical materials properly
- Issue materials accurately against requests
- Maintain stock records in ERP / manual system
- Monitor stock levels & report low stock items
- Conduct stock counts & support stock audits
- Ensure store cleanliness, safety & organization
- Coordinate with departments on stock movements
- Prepare GRN, stock issue notes & other documents
- Prevent stock loss, damage & unauthorized removal
- Follow company procedures & adhere to ISO requirements
REQUIREMENTS
- A/L completed
- 1-2 years' experience in stores / warehouse
- Knowledge of electrical materials – an advantage
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, ERP, Email)
- Good organizational & communication skills
- Honest, responsible & detail-oriented
- Work in a professional & supportive environment
