Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a call center environment.
  • Fluent Sinhala-speaking skills.
  • Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
  • Responsible, mature, and professional personality.
  • Good attendance record and strong commitment to work.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales through inbound and outbound calls using strong negotiation skills.
  • Handle customer phone calls professionally in Sinhala.
  • Manage WhatsApp and Facebook customer inquiries.
  • Explain company services and packages clearly and professionally.
  • Adhere to company policies while handling customer objections & rejections using effective customer acquisition skills.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries responsibly while complying with company policies.
  • Support customers with registrations and profile-related assistance.
  • Maintain and achieve weekly performance targets.
