A global home furniture brand, backed by a 40-year legacy, 6,000+ stores, and operations across 120+ countries, is expanding into Sri Lanka under Finco Homes (Pvt) Ltd. As part of this exciting expansion, we are looking for a suitable candidate for the below role.
SALES EXECUTIVE - SHOWROOM SALES
As a Sales Executive – Showroom Sales, you will be responsible for engaging walk-in customers, understanding their needs, and converting interest into sales through a consultative and service-led approach. You will play an important role in building customer relationships, supporting showroom performance, and ensuring every customer interaction reflects the quality and professionalism of the KUKA Home brand.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcome customers warmly and guide them toward furniture solutions that suit their needs, preferences, and living spaces.
- Deliver confident product presentations and recommendations that enhance the in-store experience and support sales conversion.
- Drive showroom sales through walk-ins, follow-ups, referrals, and upselling opportunities.
- Manage customer inquiries, quotations, and order coordination efficiently to ensure a seamless purchase journey.
- Maintain strong showroom presentation standards and collaborate with internal teams to support smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in furniture, retail, or showroom sales.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and deliver strong commercial results.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer engagement skills.
- Confident in product presentation, negotiation, and relationship building.
- Familiar with CRM tools and sales tracking systems will be an added advantage.
- Well-presented, energetic, and comfortable working in a fast-paced showroom environment.
