Senior Executive/Executive – Life Operations

JOB PROFILE
- Handle the end-to-end recruitment process as per internal SLAs and regulatory requirements.
- Assess and evaluate risks within approved authority limits.
- Support the achievement of departmental and organizational goals.
- Manage life servicing operations, system processing, and data accuracy checks.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints while maintaining high service standards.
- Prepare management reports and provide operational support as required.
- Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and other departments.
- Ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency in technical and operational decisions.
- Participate in system enhancement projects and undertake additional responsibilities assigned by management.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Minimum one year of experience in the insurance industry.
- Professional qualifications in Insurance will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Sinhala.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
