Designation: Fee Earner
Requirements
- Ordering documents from HMLR and support of issuing draft contract packs
- Dealing with Property Searches
- Dealing with Mortgage Offers
- Dealing with Sale transaction enquiries
- Setting matters up for Completion including Completion Statements and Bills
- Updating Estate Agents, Brokers and clients when necessary
- General support to your Fee Earner/Case Handle
- Working as part of a team
Conveyancing: 1 year minimum (required)
