We are looking for an experienced and passionate individual to join us as Housekeeping Supervisor in Uga Ulagalla, Anuradhapura. This hands-on role involves monitoring housekeeping operations, ensuring immaculate guest rooms and public areas, managing inventory, coordinating linen handling, and maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards.
You will play a key role in daily operations, ensuring guest rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained efficiently to meet our high standards of comfort and cleanliness. Your work will help create clean, comfortable spaces that leave a lasting impression and reflect our commitment to Sri Lankan luxury hospitality brand.
Ideal Profile We Are Looking For:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as Team Leader – Housekeeping or in a similar role.
- Previous experience in a luxury resort or boutique hotel is a definite advantage.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and products, with a commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship.
- A certificate or professional qualification in hospitality management or housekeeping is preferred.
- Should be a team player with positive attitude.
