BRANCH MANAGER ANURADHAPURA
THE PROFILE
- Lead and manage all branch operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.
- As a Branch Manager you will be responsible for the overall performance (Fixed Deposits, Leasing, Loans, Savings, Gold Loans, etc).
- Achieve branch targets for collections and minimize Non-Performing Loans (NPLs).
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory, audit, and internal policy standards.
- Supervise, train, and motivate branch staff to perform at their best.
- Build strong customer relationships and handle escalated client concerns.
- Maintain safety, security, and effective control over cash, documents, and operations.
- Prepare accurate reports for management and support strategic planning.
- Represent the branch in community and promotional activities to grow visibility and customer base.
THE PERSON
- Full/part qualification in Banking/ Marketing/ Credit Management or equivalent from a recognized University/ Institution.
- Minimum 5 years Banking/ Non-Banking experience out of which 02 years over-looking Branch operations, Branch monitoring and supervision.
- Exposure in Credit evaluation, Recovery, Fund Mobilization, and Pawning.
- Ability to operate the branch as a profit center by providing overall leadership.
- Ability to motivate the team to produce results while adhering to deadlines.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
