Account Assistance /Executives

Job Profile
- Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial records.
- Able to handle duties single-handed from basic accounting to final accounts.
- Executing Transactions related to Financial Accounting.
- Preparation of monthly balance sheet schedules.
- Support for reconciliations and resolutions for open items.
- Coordinate with other staff regarding accounting requirement.
- To all types of reconciliation internal controls and support audit activities.
- Accuracy confidentiality on task.
Qualification
- Full qualifications in AAT or part qualifications in CA/ CIMA/ ACCA and or Degree in Accountancy from a recognized University.
- Excellent computer literacy and ability to work with accounting packages.
- Be an analytical and logical thinker and have a positive attitude.
- 2 or more years of working experience in the retail industry would be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in finance.
Account Assistance
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field/ Partly qualified in CA, ACCA, CIMA or AAT preferred.
- 2-3 years of relevant accounting or finance experience in similar capacity.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and reporting.
- Age below 35 years.
