A leading water filtration and dispenser solutions company supplying premium drinking water systems to hotels, hospitals, commercial buildings, offices, restaurants, cafes, and corporate clients in Sri Lanka is looking for energetic and target-driven Sales Executives to join our growing team.
Note: Previous water filtration experience is NOT required. Good communication skills, a pleasant personality, and a strong interest in sales are what matter most!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Visit hotels, hospitals, offices, restaurants, cafes, commercial buildings, and corporate customers.
- Identify new customers and develop new business opportunities.
- Promote water filtration systems, hot & cold water dispensers, and related solutions.
- Explain product benefits clearly to customers.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers and decision-makers.
- Follow up with customers and support quotation/order confirmation.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Work closely with the Sales Manager and technical team.
- Maintain daily visit reports and customer follow-up records.
- Support customer service and after-sales follow-up when required.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Previous sales experience is preferred.
- Experience in field sales, B2B sales, hotel supplies, FMCG, building materials, water solutions, electrical/plumbing items, or related products will be an added advantage.
- School leavers with a good attitude and strong communication skills may also apply.
- Good communication skills in Sinhala and basic English.
- Pleasant personality with confidence to meet customers.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to work in the field.
- Valid motorcycle riding licence is preferred.
- Ability to travel and visit customers as required.
- Candidates living around Kadawatha, Mahara, Kiribathgoda, Kelaniya, Wattala, Gampaha, Colombo, and nearby areas are encouraged to apply.
