We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager / Designer with strong AI skills to plan, create, and manage engaging content across our social channels. You'll combine design talent with data-driven thinking and AI-powered tools to elevate our brand and drive results.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute social media strategies to grow brand awareness and engagement
- Create eye-catching designs, graphics, and videos for multiple platforms
- Write compelling captions and schedule content calendars
- Monitor performance and analyse insights to optimise content
- Manage community interactions and respond to messages
- Use AI tools to generate content ideas, visuals, copy, and automate workflows
- Stay up-to-date with trends, tools, and platform best practices
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience in social media management and digital design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro or similar)
- Strong knowledge of platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva AI, Runway, or similar
- Creative thinker with excellent visual and copywriting skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Self-motivated, organised, and results-driven
