As our development portfolio continues to expand, we are seeking experienced professionals to join our Construction and Engineering Department.
Site Engineer (Civil & Finishing)
Gross Salary Range: LKR 200,000 to LKR 250,000
1 Position Available
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry
- Experience assisting in coordinating civil works, MEP systems, building services, and finishing activities
- Ability to assist in supervising labour teams and coordinating subcontractors on multi-storey construction projects
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
- Prior experience working on apartment or high-rise developments is preferred
Assistant Engineer (Civil & Finishing)
Gross Salary Range: LKR 120,000 to LKR 150,000
1 Position Available
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry
- Experience assisting in coordinating civil works, MEP systems, building services, and finishing activities
- Ability to assist in supervising labour teams and coordinating subcontractors on multi-storey construction projects
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
- Prior experience working on apartment or high-rise developments is preferred
Educational Qualifications:
- BSc in Civil or Building Services Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Diploma or certification in Building Services or Construction Engineering, or a related discipline
Key Information:
- Candidates who are available to join immediately will be given preference.
- Final salary will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications and experience.
- Accomodation is not provided to staff.
- The developments operate 7 days a week, staff will be allocated on a roster basis.
- This is not a contract role, it is for permanent staff (6 months probationary period).
