Usha is a Garment and leading retailer/wholesaler of men’s, women’s, and children’s clothing and accessories dedicated to sustainable fashion for the best value in Sri Lanka. We Operate Retail shops as well as Garment Production Factories. Usha is a partner of leading garment manufacturers in Sri Lanka.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our branch office, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Manage and lead a staff team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve operational excellence and productivity goals.
- Preparing management information reports.
- Maintain positive relationships with external and internal customers and suppliers.
Position Requirements
- Professional qualifications in Business Administration or Equivalent.
- More than 3 years’ experience as a Branch in Charge in the fashion trade or similar.
- Candidates should be fluent in English, Tamil and / or Sinhala.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with ERP software is preferred.
