FACTORY MANAGER
JOB PROFILE
- Responsible for overall operation of the plant, ensuring adherence to the production schedule, quality standards and PQCDSM KPIs.
- Lead, train and guide a team of the plant members including staff.
- Optimize manufacturing process to improve efficiency, reduce cost and eliminate waste.
- Responsible for delivering goods according to the assured date of delivery.
- Implement lean manufacturing philosophy and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant performance.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment, promoting teamwork and cooperation.
- Responsible for managing inventory levels of the consumables, FG and RM.
APPLICANT PROFILE
- B Sc. in Manufacturing Management / NDT qualified Manufacturing Management or Industrial Engineering.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and problem solving knowledge.
- Not less than 07 years of hands on experience managing a production process in a fairly large organization as a Production Manager or Factory Manager.
