A luxury boutique hotel In Kandy, is looking for candidates for the following position:
RECEPTIONIST
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to work well with people from multi cultural backgrounds.
- Good understanding of personal etiquette and self presentation.
- Previous experiences working as a receptionist or host.
- Technology intuitive, knowledge of MS Office, and basic accounting ability is a must
- Creative thought process.
- Must speak English & Sinhala fluently
Duties
- work day shifts
- handle reservations, inquiries and emails
- answer phone calls
- welcome guests entering the hotel
- handle hotel lighting schedule
- attend to any urgent guest requirements
