Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair mobile phones (hardware & software)
- Perform software services and unlocking for iPhones and Samsung devices
- Handle troubleshooting, maintenance, and component-level repairs
- Ensure quality service and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Proven experience in mobile phone repair
- Strong knowledge of iPhone and Samsung software/unlocking
- Hands-on expertise in hardware repairs
- Ability to work independently and manage repairs efficiently
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
