ISLANDWIDE SALES MANAGER
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in sales and marketing within the automotive or motorcycle industry.
- Proven experience in dealer network management and regional sales operations.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Experience in achieving sales targets and business expansion objectives.
- Candidate should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or a closely related business discipline from a recognized University.
- A professional qualification (MBA / CIM) will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel island wide for dealer and market operations.
