nABOUT THIS ROLE
nAs a Storekeeper, you will be responsible for managing finished goods inventory operations while ensuring accurate storage, handling, and dispatch processes. You will coordinate closely with production, planning, and logistics teams to support timely local and export deliveries in line with operational requirements. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain efficient store procedures while ensuring compliance with company standards and SOPs. You will also play a key role in supervising dispatch activities, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting smooth warehouse operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage finished goods inventory: Receive, store, and load items. n
- Coordinate export order follow-up with production, planning, and logistics for on-time international deliveries. n
- Ensure timely and SOP-compliant handling, picking, and dispatch of finished goods. n
- Efficiently supervise and train the dispatch team, maintaining performance standards. n
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly management reports and presentations. n
- Meet departmental targets and timelines set by management. n
QUALIFICATION

- GCE Advanced Level Qualification. Proficiency in store procedures and management. n
- 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing with exposure to export operations. n
- Professional store management qualification is a plus. n
- Strong verbal and written Sinhala and English language skills. n
- SAP system and computer literacy are advantageous. n
