AWS System Administrator

The Role

  • Monitor and support AWS cloud infrastructure and services.
  • Assist in the deployment and maintenance of EC2 instances, S3 storage, and VPC configurations.
  • Manage IAM users, roles, and permissions.
  • Support backup, disaster recovery, and cloud security initiatives.
  • Monitor cloud utilization and contribute to cost optimization efforts.
  • Configure and troubleshoot Linux and Windows cloud servers.
  • Assist with CI/CD processes and automation tasks.
  • Maintain cloud infrastructure documentation and operational logs.
  • Participate in cloud maintenance, upgrades, and performance improvements.
  • Provide technical support for cloud-related incidents and service requests.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cloud Computing, Network Engineering, Cyber Security, or a related discipline.
  • Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts and AWS services.
  • Familiarity with EC2, S3, IAM, Route 53, and VPC will be an added advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of Linux and Windows Server administration.
  • Understanding of virtualization and networking fundamentals.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages such as Bash or Python is desirable.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and teamwork skills.

Network Administrator (Intern)

The Role

  • Assist in maintaining LAN, WAN, and wireless network infrastructure.
  • Support the configuration and troubleshooting of switches, routers, and firewalls.
  • Resolve user connectivity and network access issues.
  • Monitor network performance and report outages or abnormalities.
  • Assist with the installation and configuration of network hardware and software.
  • Support IP address management and maintain network documentation.
  • Assist with basic network security implementations under supervision.
  • Participate in network maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting activities.
  • Maintain records of network issues and provide IT helpdesk support when required.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cloud Computing, Network Engineering, Cyber Security, or a related discipline.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Familiarity with networking devices and enterprise network equipment.
  • Basic knowledge of network troubleshooting tools and techniques.
  • Understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

IT Intern – Networking

The Role

  • Assist in troubleshooting network connectivity and internet-related issues.
  • Support the setup and maintenance of LAN and wireless networks.
  • Assist in configuring switches, routers, and access points under supervision.
  • Provide end-user IT and network support.
  • Monitor network devices and report outages or performance issues.
  • Maintain IT inventory records and update network documentation.
  • Assist with the installation and configuration of network hardware and systems.
  • Participate in preventive maintenance and infrastructure upgrade activities.
  • Maintain logs of incidents and technical resolutions.
  • Support the IT Helpdesk and Infrastructure teams as required.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cloud Computing, Network Engineering, Cyber Security, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and subnetting.
  • Familiarity with routers, switches, and wireless networking devices.
  • Basic troubleshooting skills for network and hardware-related issues.
  • Understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
