Responsibilities
- Handling ETF/EPF matters.
- Issue trainee agreements to trainees.
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Support employee engagement and training initiatives.
- Assist in maintaining HR records and ensure compliance with policies.
Requirements
- Fresh graduates or early-career professionals in HR/Management.
- Knowledge in using Microsoft Excel.
- Communication skills in English and Sinhala.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the hospitality industry
