Engineering Coordinator

The Engineering Coordinator is responsible for coordinating engineering and operational activities within TRACE Expert City while ensuring the smooth execution of maintenance, infrastructure, utility management, and project coordination functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) and service agreements.
- Monitor and ensure timely renewal of maintenance contracts and agreements with vendors and service providers.
- Support operations and infrastructure management activities within TRACE Expert City.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair activities for building systems, utilities, and operational facilities.
- Manage and maintain records related to engineering operations, maintenance schedules, and service reports.
- Coordinate co-working space operational activities and ensure proper facility management support.
- Prepare and monitor TRACE Expert City utility bill calculations.
- Coordinate with internal departments, external contractors, and service providers to ensure smooth engineering operations.
- Assist in project coordination activities related to infrastructure development and operational improvements.
- Support health, safety, and compliance requirements related to engineering and facility management operations.
- Prepare reports, documentation, and operational updates for management review.
- Attend and support any engineering or administration-related work assigned by management.
Job Requirements & Skills
- Good knowledge of engineering operations, maintenance coordination, and facility management processes.
- Ability to coordinate Annual Maintenance Contracts and operational agreements effectively.
- Strong organizational and documentation management skills.
- Good analytical skills with the ability to prepare and verify utility bill calculations.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage operational priorities.
- Good computer literacy including MS Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety practices related to facility and engineering operations will be an added advantage.
Education & Qualification
- Diploma or Bachelor's in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field.
- Additional certifications in facility management or health & safety will be an added advantage.
